About Tokyo Ramen Festa 2023

What kind of ramen can I eat?

We will recommend popular ramen shops in the area from ramen events, ramen programs, and ramen magazines held all over the country and ask them to open a store here. We offer popular ramen from all over the country, from Hokkaido in the north to Kyushu in the south.

Are there cases where you can't eat ramen even if you wait in line?

At the venue, we are constantly checking the number of bowls of ramen so that we can serve ramen to customers who are waiting in line for ramen. If we are unable to provide ramen even after lining up, we will notify the customer and ask them not to wait in line.

Will the event be held even in rainy weather?

The event will be held even if it rains. However, if it is difficult to hold the event due to inclement weather, disasters, etc., we will notify you of the cancellation or change of the event time on this official website. We will also notify you on our official Twitter, official Facebook, and official Instagram.

About tickets and entrance

Is there an entrance fee?

Entrance is ''free''.
Please purchase a ramen ticket in advance before entering. During busy times, we may ask you to check your ramen ticket upon entry.

Are there any entry restrictions when the venue is crowded?

Depending on the situation inside the venue, entrance may be restricted. There may also be temporary admission restrictions such as the sale of ramen tickets. Depending on the time of day, you may have to wait a long time to enter.

Please note that we may refuse entry to those who are drunken. Additionally, those who behave in a manner that causes troubles to other customers may be asked to leave the venue.

How to eat ramen?

One ramen ticket (1,000 yen) is required for each bowl of ramen.
You will need to purchase a ramen ticket in advance and exchange it for a bowl of ramen of your choice at the venue.

Cashless payment is available for ramen tickets (same-day tickets). Ramen tickets (same-day tickets and advance tickets) are common tickets for both Acts 1 and 2. You can use it at any time inside the venue during the event period.

Tickets will be sold on the day of the event at the ticket office inside the venue from 10:15 to 20:00 each day.
*On October 31st and November 5th, sales will be from 10:15 to 17:30.

Ramen tickets are not sold at the ramen booth. Please bring your same-day ticket or advance ticket and line up at the ramen booth. Ramen tickets (same-day tickets / advance tickets) can only be used at the venue at any time during the event period.

*Neither same-day nor advance tickets for ramen tickets are refundable.
*When you purchase Ramen tickets, cash less payment is available.

*Advance ticket sales will end as soon as the planned number of sales is reached.
As for ramen toppings, you can buy them in cash at each ramen booth.

How many ramen shops are there?

At Tokyo Ramen Festa 2023, a total of 30 types of ramen are scheduled to appear in 14 booths each in Acts 1 and 2.

About the event period and business hours.

Business hours are scheduled as below. Please stop by on your way home from work.

Acts 1 Event period: October 26th (Thursday) - October 31st (Tuesday)
Time 10:30-20:30 (only on October 31st 10:30-18:00)
Ticket sales are scheduled to end at 20:00 (on October 31st, end at 17:30)
Serving ramen is scheduled to end at 20:10 (on October 31st, end at 17:40)
Acts 2 Event period: November 1st (Wednesday) - November 5th (Sunday)
Time 10:30-20:30 (only on November 5th 10:30-18:00)
Ticket sales are scheduled to end at 20:00 (on November 5st, end at 17:30)
Serving ramen is scheduled to end at 20:10 (on November 5th, end at 17:40)

*The end time may be moved forward depending on the availability of ingredients.

Can I come to the venue with a wheelchair or stroller?

The inside of the venue is cobblestoned, but there are no steps, so people using wheelchairs or strollers can visit with peace of mind. If you are using a wheelchair and have difficulty waiting in line, please speak to a nearby staff member.

Is there a parking lot?

Please use public transportation such as trains and buses to visit the venue.

About food and drink

How much is 1 bowl amount of ramen?

The amount per bowl is slightly smaller than regular ramen. The amount of noodles and soup varies depending on the restaurant.
Please note that mini Ramen is not available.

Is there a dining space?

Food and beverage booths are available within the venue. Please refrain from occupying the space for a long time so that many customers can use it.
Please refrain from occupying your seat with luggage etc.

*Please refrain from leaving your seat for long periods of time with uneaten food and drinks. There are cases that the staff may be cleared.
*If you occupy your seat for a long period of time, a staff member may ask you to give up your seat to the next customer.
*Bringing in food and drinks from outside the venue is prohibited.
*We are not responsible for any trouble between customers or loss of luggage.

Where should I throw my garbage? Do you sell drinks / alcohol?

As for drinks, we plan to sell tea, soft drinks, canned beer, highballs, etc.
At the venue, a small drinking booth for adults called "Naruto-tei" will be open.

*Underage drinking and drunk driving are strictly prohibited by law.

Where should I throw my garbage?

Please bring your garbage to the eco station inside the venue. Please do not throw away your belongings in the trash cans provided in the park.
At Eco Station, we separate garbage out of consideration for the environment. Please kindly cooperate.

Can I take the ramen home?

For sanitation management reasons, we do not accept take-home orders. Please enjoy your meal at the venue.
Please bring any leftover ramen to the eco station inside the venue.

Can I bring in my own food?

For sanitation management reasons, we do not allow food to be brought into the venue.
*Excludes baby food, etc.

What should I do if I feel unwell?

There is a first aid station within the venue. Please ask the staff near you.

Where is the toilet?

Temporary toilets have been installed within the venue. Additionally, there are 7 toilets within Komazawa Park. There are 6 toilets that are wheelchair accessible.

What events will be held at the venue?

We sell goods, etc. We will also notify you on our official Twitter, official Facebook, and official Instagram.
By introducing ramen from all over the country, we will also promote initiatives that can contribute to regional tourism.

Can I smoke at the venue?

Smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited inside the venue, except in smoking areas.

Are sanitation measures taken?

We have hand wash basins and alcohol disinfectant available at the venue. Please feel free to use it.
We also take great care in managing ingredients under the guidance of the public health center.

Can I bring my pet into the venue?

Per the instructions of the public health center, pets are not allowed in the ramen sales line or in the food and beverage tent.
Also, please note that we cannot keep pets.
If you are bringing your pet with you, please either use a carrier bag and wait in line for ramen, or have a family member or friend stand in line for you. Eating and drinking is only allowed in pet-friendly spaces within the venue.
*We cannot be held responsible for any trouble between customers caused by pets.
