Thanks to everyone, Inaniwa Chinese Soba has celebrated its 10th anniversary.
Inaniwa Chinese noodles made by Sato Yoetsu Honpo, a specialty of Yuzawa City, Akita Pref.
with a history and tradition of over 350 years, are made using 100% domestic wheat.
I can safely say that the noodles have the best texture and smoothness that you won't find anywhere else.
The soup is a blend of Japan's three major local chickens, Hinai chicken.
