1-9.Honke Daiichi Asahi
Recommended by Kansai Ramen Derby!!
A long-established Kyoto shop with long lines forming from 6 am.
Orthodox soy sauce ramen made with Kyoto ingredients.
Founded in 1945, Kyoto's very popular shop, where lines start as early as 6 a.m. and takes more than two hours to get a bowl during peak hours, is now available for the first time!
The soup uses domestically produced Onuki pork, which is rarely available on the market, with a soy sauce custom made at a long-established soy sauce shop in Kyoto, custom-made noodles from Kondo Seimenjo factory that are riped overnight in a cloud chamber, and Kyoto Fushimi's Kujo green onions, purchased every morning from contracted farmers.
This is an orthodox soy sauce ramen made with Kujo green onions and plenty of Kyoto ingredients.
