A generous amount of hairy crab and snow crab are sauteed to perfection, and a generous amount of aromatic vegetables and Hokkaido kelp are used to create a miso soup bursting with crab flavor. The noodles are medium-thick, curly noodles shipped directly from Hokkaido.
