This long-established Kyoto shop, where people line up as early as 6am, is coming to Komazawa again this year!
Established in 1947. This authentic soy sauce ramen uses plenty of ingredients from Kyoto, including pork clear soup made with domestically produced Daichukan pork (non-standard pork) that is rarely available on the market, custom-made Kyoto soy sauce tare, Kujo green onions from Fushimi Kyoto, and custom-made noodles from Kondo Seimenjo. It is made in the exact same way as when the ramen was first established in 1947, and is served at its most delicious just before the pork bone soup becomes cloudy.
